The Smiles Are Contagious Charm is entirely of 14K gold filled and hand stamped with tiny smiling faces. Because each one is handmade to order they may slightly differ in the positioning of the faces:) The gold disc measures about 3/4" in circumference and with the hammered elongated piece hangs about 1" from the top ring.
The diameter of the top ring is just large enough to string through the tag side of any Aquinnah chain necklace. You can choose from a variety of simple chains to add this charm on, or if you don't need a new chain, no worries, just string this charm onto any chain you already own.
