We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
If you do not receive your item within 10 business days of original purchase please email [email protected] to request tracking information. Most standard USPS shipments should be delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment is processed.
If your order is received after 3pm EST it will be processed the following business day.

All custom jewelry is final sale.
As long as the item is unworn, and/or undamaged and in its original packaging we will accept all jewelry that has not been customized as an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery or in store purchase. Please provide us with your original sales receipt.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once your item is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on exchange items.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if deemed unreasonable.
